5 Unexpected Benefits of Publishing Cybersecurity Books on KDP
Unveiling my own journey from 2022 onward on the platform
I started publishing Cybersecurity books on Amazon KDP in 2022
As of June 2024 I have published over 5 books ( 4 under my name and 1 under a pen name )
I still remember how scary it was to publish my very first book as I thought people would laugh me off the Internet
No doubt .. publishing a book is a massive undertaking and requires time and discipline
Not to mention all the self-doubts you get when you try to write on a topic like Cybersecurity !
I kept imagining all my contacts on LinkedIn finding out about my book and laughing at me for having the audacity to think I could be an author
But as of 2024, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions of my life
While my books have not broken any records nor made me a millionaire ( at least not yet 😉 ), this was still one of rewarding experiences I have ever undertaken.
