Nine times out of ten, all I see on LinkedIn from my Cybersecurity network is something like the below:

• “I am pleased to announce I have passed the XYZ certification .. “
• “I am pleased to announce I have joined XYX company as .. “
• “I am pleased to announce I have been promoted at XYZ company.”

And on and on

However, few know that LinkedIn can be a great way to monetize your cybersecurity knowledge and give back to the community.

But you are forgetting that your employer pays for this knowledge every day!
